Culture is the way of life! It is very common that when someone leaves his or her native county experiences a cultural shock. The level of cultural shock varies from individuals, the level of cultural differences between new destination and the native country and so on.

What are your thoughts on this? Any experience you can share?

I have had to live through a foreign culture, and I have experienced culture shock. I believe the best way to cope is to learn and integrate into the new culture instead of imitating it.

Thanks to Vincent for the crucial topic and to Gabriel for his point of view. It is evident that anyone will experience the culture shock, especially due to different way of living between developping and delopped countries'life style; i think that imitating would be also wise, in case the current new culture does not contract values of your own culture; i mean different ways of working might lead to same output.
