PASET Ph.D. Scholarships in Sub-Saharan Africa
The Partnership for skills in Applied Sciences, Engineering and Technology (PASET) is an international effort launched in 2013 by the Governments of Senegal, Ethiopia and Rwanda, and facilitated by the World Bank. PASET's goal is to address systemic gaps in skills and knowledge in Sub-Saharan Africa in the fields of science, engineering, and technology. The partnership aims to build the capacity of African education and to train African institutions. PASE offers Ph.D. scholarships to selected applicants at participating institutions. Selected scholars are provided with financial assistance towards tuition, living expenses, research, and other scholarly opportunities.
